• payments are accepted via Zelle or apple pay
• Full payment is required prior to beginning any design & development
• All photos & videos for content creation compiled into a zip file and emailed to khaleesiamorahdesignstudio@gmail.com
• high quality photos are required with a solid background or transparent background
• Text content copy in a word document file {i.e address, business hours, slogans, taglines etc.}
• Specific color request are required to have a hex code for accuracy

• Full payment is required to begin design & development & is non refundable
• Normal turn around time is 7-14 days (business days)
• Any add ons during design & development will be billed separately and will begin once payment has been made in full
• Add on services may add an addition 2-5 business days for completion based on services requested
• Payments can be made via Zelle, or ApplePay
• Due to the nature of our services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL
